Paid a total of $3,000. The reason for the low rating is because of the referred contractor named Bolo. Unfortunately, I was not happy about the service provided by the contractor. You would think it’s common sense to remove the garbage with the $1500 cost for demolition work. However, it was said, “that it was not discussed for the garbage removal” Additionally, a main wire was cut by this contractor and we were left without electricity with a baby. I contacted Empire Stairs to install two handrails in my home. I was very impressed by their professionalism and speed in coming out to do the project and presenting me with a reasonable quote. The contractor scheduled the project quickly and completed the work on time. Would highly recommend doing business with this company.
