Excellent gym facilities. Great people to work with. They really care about the kids improving their skills.
Empire is a wonderfully unique sports specific training facility run by a man with significant experience training all types of athletes at the professional level. The new facility is reminiscent of a CrossFit style gym with multiple roll-up doors and ample training equipment.
