First off let me start by saying the guy who came out to do the initial assessment was great. A representative for Empire Specialties came out and said that they needed my MID information a copy of my utility bill my name my Social Security number and a bunch of mumbo-jumbo, then also that we qualified for a microwave. Some 2 window covers screens, weatherstripping, lamp, fans, replacement, refrigerator, microwave and lightbulbs., on the first appointment when they called, she only said that we were getting replacement lightbulbs so I canceled the appointment.
