zero stars did a terrible job with my install half of my panels don't work no one ever answers the phone I left with a broken system and no help BIG MISTAKE .......stay away from this company
It’s been months and they are yet to complete the installation!! Inspection failed three times… After that never heard from them again. The solar company in which we purchased the system from. Advised me that they now are litigation’s with this company. On several accounts that were not completed. From day one I did not feel these three were very trustworthy. On June 8, 2021 I signed paperwork to start the process of getting solar panels on my home with Empire Solar Group. Part of the deal was I could get free insulation in my attic. I was told by the company I would get a rebate through my local energy company and then the sales person came back and said no due to the amount of time that had passed, when the delay was on the company's end, not mine. Went solar as it was “pitched” to be cheaper than electric. Was PITCHED NUMEROUS TIMEs that the grid access fee was waived or cancels out with solar generation but it is not. So now I’m paying for both panels and grid access fee. It is more than my bill has ever been for electric in my entire ownership of my property. The amount of solar generation does not satisfy the amount used. So not only am I paying for panels and grid access but also for electric from the grid.
