Amazing customer service !! I used the message feature on the website and the person I messaged with truly went above and beyond to help me. A pair of skates I was looking at didn’t list my size on the website so I messaged to see if they knew if they would be getting my size in the future. This lovely employee helped me make sure I was buying the correct size, and then checked the stock for my size. This employee then updated the website so I could order !! Amazing experience and I plan to order from them again :)
Amy was a wealth of knowledge and helped me find the perfect pair of skates through messages before I even came in. When I got to the shop, Rayne was incredibly kind and helpful and made the whole experience quick and easy—even with my two toddlers. Amazing customer service both online and in person. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this local skate shop!

This is an online experience review :) I was looking for the bont parkstar in the older colors that wasn't as pricey as the newer bonts. I ordered the solid pink parkstar but it sold out. Amy texted me with a similar pink stripe that was just as cute and asked to confirm my size. I knew my size as I have prostars but they were a tad roomy. This place is awesome! Shop is super cool and has tons of options to choose from. My husband & I bought our first pair of skates here. Amy was soooo helpful & knowledgeable, she answered all of our dumb questions & gave us some great advice for our setups. She also showed us some good spots to practice as beginners. Can't wait to come back soon for our next set of wheels and accessories!
