This is an online experience review :) I was looking for the bont parkstar in the older colors that wasn't as pricey as the newer bonts. I ordered the solid pink parkstar but it sold out. Amy texted me with a similar pink stripe that was just as cute and asked to confirm my size. I knew my size as I have prostars but they were a tad roomy. This place is awesome! Shop is super cool and has tons of options to choose from. My husband & I bought our first pair of skates here. Amy was soooo helpful & knowledgeable, she answered all of our dumb questions & gave us some great advice for our setups. She also showed us some good spots to practice as beginners. Can't wait to come back soon for our next set of wheels and accessories!
I ordered 2 pairs on Bonts from their online store and received a text shortly after confirming the sizing. I already knew Bont sizing was different than most skates, but I definitely appreciate the extra level of customer service to ensure my sizing was correct. One pair was out of stock, but another color way with a later ETA was offered. Empire kept me updated with shipping info on both pairs. Wonderful communication and superb customer service.
Purchased the Riedell R Fit Footbed kit from their online store for my Edea Pianos. The order shipped quickly, arrived quickly, and let me tell you… this kit was easy to install, simple to understand how to use and has made the world of a difference in my skating and the feel of my boots. Found the perfect skates for a beginner pink girly🩷 I am obsessed and absolutely in love with these skates! Thank you so much to Amy who was so helpful and sweet. She was very welcoming and provided me with such an amazing experience the whole time. She even taught me how to change the wheels and bearings. I am excited to continue to use my skates and hopefully become much better at skating !🩷 I def recommend empire skates for all skating wants and needs!
