This “ cleaning” company was hired to do a deep house cleaning for a move out to get house ready to sell. They had NO WORKING VACUUM, not enough cleaning supplies and I paid for 8 hours and the owner/manager Basel Zatar said he would provide a discount to me because we were not pleased and did not get back with me. I scheduled an appointment with Basel Zatar. He never showed nor did he respond to my phone calls and emails. Empire Cleaning Services are totally unprofessional! Don't waste your time with them!

I called about a dead animal, and steer cleaning. They were responsive by phone, and came out. I liked that, but their day to day service in the French Quarter has a lot to be improved, starting with workers who are sober, clean, really value who they serve, and what it means. I have observed erratic behavior, possibly drunkenness, and one was just plain dirty, even his attire.
