I called this afternoon to find out hours. The woman who answered the phone said they are open until 9:30. I asked if I needed an appointment. She said no, come on in anytime before 9:30 so I arrived at 8:30, was greeted and told to wait just a moment. A few minutes later a woman greeted me and said they only take clients until 8:30. I replied I was looking for a haircut. She saw I have short hair and would bea quick cut, but it didn't make a difference. I have been visiting Empire forever, back when it was called Bryland in Reading. It's the best deal in town, for the most part. Now that I am at senior status, Empiremeets my financial restrictions. The students are so attentive, aiming to please. Something not available always, out there, in the real world. and your teachers take the time to find out my needs and do their best to attain it. I love Empire beauty school; love the prices and the look of the store. The people are so nice and friendly and they do a good job. I have already recommended the place to my friends and family and I come in on a regular basis.
The staff thoroughly made sure I was welcomed and my needs were met. The staff was attentive to the add on services that would be needed by myself. Desiree Cabrera was great and so was Ms. Reppert.
Good experience. Friendly students, who do a really good job. The teachers are helpful as well.
