I was recommended Empire Roofing and Exteriors through a friend of mine. During this current hail storm, it was difficult to know where to turn to for a roof replacement. Though Derrick was super helpful and patient through the entire process. His crew showed up fairly early in the morning and ready to go. By the end of the day, my old roof was dismantled and the new roof was up. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend Derrick answered my call first time and came out in a few days to do an assessment of what my roof needed, in just 2 days he was back out making the repair. Very professional and quick in response and completion and giving professional advice on the needs of my roof and all my options.
Same day call back from Derek on a Friday evening. He said he would be in the area and could stop by the next day. He looked the roof over and fixed the issue quickly on what is normally his day off. He photographed areas of concern and explained the causes and what could happen. We explained we were in the market for a new roof and would like some quotes. Got a referral for the company through a trusted friend. Derek came out and I was 100% honest with him that I had no clue about my roof and gave him all the information I had (first time home buyer issues) . He was honest and did more than I even expected! Derek worked patiently with me through the whole process and knocked it out of the park with my new roof ! I couldn’t be happier!!!!
