I hired Empire Restoration to perform work at my Condo at the Jersey Shore. Bathroom and Bedroom restoration due to an issue with water damage. From the start I dealt with Lyndsay in the office who did original assessment of project. She was helpful, courteous, and professional. Pleasure to deal with. There aren't enough characters to express how great Empire is. From top to bottom EVERY employee is great and from my experience, customer service is the cornerstone of the business. My family home experience a major flood at the start of 2025 and with little direction on what to do, I was recommended Empire and the rest is history. We hired Empire Restoration to remediate a mold issue caused by a roof leak. The work required removal of drywall, wet insulation and mold remediation. Tom E and his crew were extremely responsive, meticulous in sealing off the affected area from the remainder of our home and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Empire Restoration did a fantastic job repairing water damage to my two bathrooms. They were responsive, arrived on time, worked efficiently and professionally and finished the job sooner than they estimated. My bathrooms look like there never was an issue. Five stars for sure!

I had Tom and Nas come out to do an estimate and to inform us what was going on with possible mold buildup. They were quick to point out what was wrong and were very professional. I will For sure call again if I have any issues again. Thank you empire.
