I was not impressed with the move in clean that I had done at a house I was selling. Other than wiping down the counters, I saw no difference in the house. It was fairly clean to begin with. So, to come back in and see the walls in the kitchen still had spots on in them and only some of the baseboards were cleaned. I was also under the impression the floors were too be shampooed and did not appear to have been.

Empire does a fantastic job! I found them through a recommendation on a listserv and am not disappointed. They are super responsive and flexible when it comes to scheduling, communicating when they are on their way. They also work around you-you can be at home or not. They do such a thorough job that it makes me wonder why we waited so long to start their cleaning service! The team also always asks how we are, and even brought a gift for our newborn. They make our lives easier and highly recommend them to all!
I highly recommend Empire! My house always looks spotless after it's cleaned, and Peggy and Julio are very kind and professional. They truly go above & beyond, and I'm so glad I found them.
The Empire Team was exceptional across the board and made our move so much easier. Julio kept in constant communication, from scheduling an initial consultation and walk through, to an on time arrival and updates throughout the job. His team made our home sparkle as we prepared to list it for sale, and again after we moved out. We would not hesitate to schedule them again and again, and would definitely recommend the them to anyone in need of a professional, skilled cleaning partner.
