Unacceptable Experience Trying to Rent a CarToday: I had an extremely unpleasant experience when attempting to rent a car. I called the establishment and was answered by a woman with an Asian accent (not young) who aggressively refused to give her name. Her attitude was hostile from the start. What type of scammy place is this? They never answer the phone. they have no cars available.
I called last minute because my husband and I had an issue with another company canceling on us last min and they were so accommodating, Connie helped me and she was so sweet she got me a rental near house she helped me book last minute over the phone she was so nice to me and so patient. Very nice company can’t wait to pick up the car tomorrow thank you Empire!
