This place will never get my business and I would NEVER take one of my pets here. My dog started vomiting and then had rectal bleeding. I drove straight to Empire Ranch Vet and as I walked up to the door I read the sign to call from my car if my pet was vomiting etc. ,so took my dog back to my car and called. I waited with my dog 1 1/2 hours in the parking lot as I was directed by their staff. No one came out, no tech, no one! I got a call to bring him inside and we were escorted into an exam room. Honestly just shady business practices. I guess they can't build a strong enough business, so they need to piggyback off an amazing vet. I've been going to the REAL San Tan Animal Hospital for 10+ years and would give them 5 stars. I needed to get a hold of my vet and this shady advertisement comes up. My regular vet was booked out and I needed my dog seen right away, they gave me a same day appointment, very thorough and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!
Dr. Janice Rowitt and assistant Lauren and all the staff here were simply amazing. As a new client and a walk in emergency they got us in quickly and promptly and both Lauren and Dr. Route both took time with me and my dog to really get an understanding of what was going on. They both made sure to make my dog feel so comfortable before doing an exam and gave us so many options as our pet is older and truly understanding about our treatment options moving forward.
