Thank you for taking my insurance and for helping me with my anxiety and panic attacks.
They are super unprofessional, I waited a month for my appointment just for the physiatrist to tell me they can’t prescribe me medication without my medical history. You won’t get an appointment quick with this company at all and if you know you need that kind of information why wouldn’t the receptionist team asked for it prior. She wasted both our time during my appointment just to tell me 5 minutes before we ran out of time that she needed that.
