I had my first appointment yesterday with Justin, he was very professional, caring and very knowledgeable, he gave me all the time I needed and listened to my issues, was very empathetic and had a genuine concern and addressed all my questions. I highly recommend them, the office as well, I got a call from Amy in the office who scheduled my next appointment and was vey nice and professional, great experience overall!
Im very happy with my care here. Gina and Megan always help get my medications approved with the pharmacy, and the rest of the staff are very pleasant. They also take my insurance Healthfirst, which is amazing because that's hard to find. Overall, i'm etremly satisfied with the care i receive here.
Great office. Everyone is super nice. My prescriber correctly diagnosed me and put me on the right medications, and I've never felt better. Scheduling is super easy, and I love that this office always answers or returns your call promptly. Empire is a psychiatry practice above the rest
Avoid! The physician's assistant who I worked with decided to reduce a medication I've been on for years by a dangerous degree. She gave me no say whatsoever in the matter. I'm starting to feel the effects of this as I write this review, and will likely need emergency medical attention. I've been through this before, but they didn't seem to care. Luckily my attorneys do.
I adore my psychiatrist. He listens to all my issues and always finds a solution. He manages my medication and is willing to try different treatments until I feel comfortable and anxiety free.
