The most unprofessional, uncaring, low-effort psychiatric care I have ever received. Responded to a complicated case history with by-the-book medication adjustments that disregarded my individual needs. My psychiatrist was rarely available when adjustments were needed. Everything is gatekept by the front office. On weekends, there is no support at all. Not only is this doctor extremely dedicated, but he is also very knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. He helped us understand why our son has been struggling and what steps we can take to improve his condition. The medication he gave my son really went well.
This has been an great experience truly, and I look forward to the continued services they're providing. It has been difficult to face and address certain things, but with the help of Empire it really ease the baggage that i been carrying, I am truly happy that I have been experience this kind of help.
