Garrett has been there for me for the last 4 years through many trials. He is patient and knowledgeable. He gives a lot of attention and gives his honest opinions on what strategies he thinks is best, based on his decades of experience. I personally think working with an individual like him is superior to a large impersonal practice for the nature of his work.

Garrett is so wonderful to work with! The most responsive individual- he was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had with our daughter’s helmet and always checked in to see how she was doing. You are never going to get the personal touch and service he provides working with a big company. He truly cares and goes above and beyond to help us parents feel comfortable with the process.

Had to reschedule my appointment because I was having trouble getting my prescription. They told me “you are wasting our time. Go somewhere else” single most bizarre experience I have ever had. Very rude.
