I’ve worked with Empire many times in the past. They have always been very responsive and easy to work with. Meanwhile, their application screening process does require more information and documentation than most property management companies. This is because their goal is to ensure that the property owner gets the “best” tenant possible that will take care of that home. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family members!
