Felicia was extremely helpful and expedient getting our rental secured and all documents organized.
Renting with Empire Property management has been a super great experience! I had concerns about a smell and Felicia who dealt with paperwork was quick to get a carpet clean and cabinet clean set up at the apartment to check things out. James (Ed) the property manager went out of his way to get a mold test done for me and has been kind and approachable. (Test was negative, yay!)
