Empire Property Management persistently fails on a multitude of levels. They fail to maintain cleanliness of common areas in building, they neglect snow removal, ignore safety issues in building to the point the fire alarm was beeping for 10 days & malfunctioning without any response to safety concerns, they ignore maintenance requests and do not respond just canceling your request, the dumpster is overflowing weekly with trash flying into main roads.
