We were excited to use this company, being that it's family owned and local and has excellent reviews. We had just come off a rather bad experience with United, so we were looking forward to working with a small company where we don't get lost in the system. Highly expressed with this company!! The pricing was perfect! Mary was so wonderful, friendly and professional with helping me book what I needed! They delivered it when they said they would and picked them up as they said they would. I totally would use them again for my next event!!

Empire Portable consistently was beating their competitors prices, and a main reason we did business with them. But the recently sold themselves to United site services, and our price has increased by 10%. Beyond disappointed.

Quick response time. Mary was a pleasure to deal with and went out of her way to make sure that we had all information needed to move forward. The delivery guy, John, was very nice and made sure that we were taken care of before he left.

They were willing to work with me on a very snowy, cold day. Their service was excellent and willing to meet my needs on my wedding day. Recommend them at any time.
