I rarely write negative reviews, but after an entire summer dealing with Empire Pools, I’ve had enough. My experience felt like one money grab after another. Let’s start with the timer. Empire had me taking pictures of my pool timer every hour. They had TEN pictures of it and eventually quoted me approximately $500 for a new timer. Friends recommended another pool professional. I’ve been using empire for a few years now and I have to say that I am not as satisfied as I was with them in the past. Firstly, the pool techs are awesome and they do a great job every time. It’s the main office that I’m not as happy with. I don’t feel like they are very accommodating or care for my business anymore. They feel more corporate now and less Long Island local company. Wanted to push a biweekly vac schedule by a week. But they couldn’t give me a price as they don’t have a 3 week rate. Just push the schedule over... read more
