Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance when the day came they told me they will be at my house in 30 mins then changed it to 90 and i havent heard from them the whole day until i made an attempt to contact them and their response was "the job before you is taking longer then expected" they didn't attempt to give another time frame their responses were short and unprofessional. We hired Empire to get our pool ready when we bought our new home and thought they were great at first. But they missed a huge failing in our pool and were not communicative at all unless we followed up. When we tried to question their updated timing, the person was incredibly rude with no apology or understanding of the situation or that a customer takes the day off to wait for them and they don't show up and then lie to us that no one was home! Never ever use this company for clean your pool. They will ripoff you and don’t care about customer at all. Never use them for service your pool.

They were AMAZING. Very responsive and very friendly staff. Came immediately to help me and very communicative. They came back to fix something that was my fault without a charge. He offered to come back at no charge to do another quick power vac which he did not at all have to do. I would recommend this company which I did to my family and friends.
