The sad part is the surrounding neighborhood is very nice. Unfortunately they are your classic corporate slumlord types…….I was told at move in if I wanted I could get my carpet replaced after 5 years. When I signed my 6 year lease I asked about replacing the carpet and they said they would but I would be personally responsible once they did. Recently moved in and it’s been great. The community manager Paul, as well as the maintenance tech Thomas, are both extremely nice and helpful.
I just moved in to Maplewood apartment homes at 1885 California St. in Mountain View CA. I'm very impressed with Betina, Daysy and T.J. the leasing office staff. They are all very knowledgeable, helpful, kind people who run the leasing office and I don't want to forget the maintenance man, Dan very thoughtful, knowledgeable and willing to help out with our needs to the apartment home we are renting.
