Excellent customer service This is a great business--the most knowledgeable that I have ever encountered. The owner is professional, prompt and does superior work. Their crews are well mannered, fast and reliable. I would recommend Empire Plumbing to anyone.
Customer One of the most horrid companies I have ever had the "pleasure" to work with. Not only was their work atrocious, they tried to double charge for parts they never used! I could go on about this, but its not even worth my time. Karl Yetter is by far one of the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever met, and he owns the company! >:(
