Testing gas line in coop apartment to prepare for Department of Buildings inspection & filing forms to restore gas service. Empire was totally professional every step of the way. 4 family Gas line inspection for the first cycle in Brooklyn by Licensed Master Plumber, completed within a day of the request. Expensive but not outrageous like some other licensed master plumbers! They arrived early and completed the job promptly.
They cancelled 10 minutes after they were supposed to show up, saying they can't take COI from an apartment building. The appointment was scheduled 5 days before, you think they could cancel earlier than after they were supposed to show up! No respect for customer. Avoid.
