I called Empire Plumbing and Heating and spoke with Spyro about the water leaking from my hose bib and about being unable to turn off the water from inside the house. He came by to diagnose the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done inside and outside the home, made sure I understood he would have to drill through the cement/brick, and promised to be back the next morning.
