I 10/10 recommend Empire! Spyridon did an amazing job and was very clear about what the issues with my water heater were and what the options available were. He was very friendly and took a lot of care in his work.
I truly appreciate the service provided by Spyro /Empire Plumbing; he replaced one gas water heater ( April 2026). I had a 2nd gas water heater outage but after my home warranty sent out an unlicensed/uninsured company I sought out Empire again and was able to get scheduled within a week. He demonstrating such high levels of integrity, expertise in the field and educated us on the annual maintenance needed. Thank you.
Where do I even start spiro is professional knows his stuff and is very well spoken….here’s a breakdown of services spiro did for me…..I had a severe sewer back up spiro took his time used something called hydro jetting he even had a little camera that he used at the end to inspect the pipes and see if the job was done properly he didn’t chance it he made sure that the job was done correctly the first time…..will definitely be using spiro for my future issues ! …..fairly priced and you get what you pay for guys !!! The Best Plumbing Company Ever, and believe me I had many in my lifetime. Definitely a 5 Star Rating!! The plumber was so nice, punctual and thorough!! Not to mention they only charged me 1/3 of what Rotor-Rooter wanted to charge me along with other plumbers estimates!! This Definitely is my New Plumbing Company For Life!!!
