I ordered hi-res digital files of my son's graduation. The images I received are not even half of the quality that I would have gotten with my own cell phone. I've sent an email with no reply, I've called and left two voicemails with no reply. Buyer beware!
They don’t respond to emails or phone calls.
Did not get the graduation photos and can't even get a response. Why do the schools keep using these people? Look at all the bad reviews.
So expensive for graduation pictures or even just downloads with out any physical copies like 300 sum for 20 high quality downloads like the quality makes a difference in having it be so expensive with out Any actual physical pictures
Another update: Unfortunately this company just can't get it straight. If you read all my updates the whole ordeal was a mess. When I asked what picture will be in the yearbook he stated that I could pick whatever picture I wanted between the two that we thought looked best. Just let him know. After seeing both pictures my son picked the picture he wanted. I emailed that information in. Got our yearbook last week, and the WRONG picture is in the yearbook. Not the picture my son picked.
