These photos were overpriced with terrible editing. Would not recommend for schools or sports. Disappointing banner results and terrible communication.
I never write reviews, but I am blown away by the quality of pics I got for my two kiddos and the customer service at Empire. I LOVED my kids’ pictures from Empire. Both kids look genuinely happy (not dumb forced smiles). My son wears glasses and his picture is honestly the best we’ve EVER had - no glare and an actual SMILE. He’s also 6 so usually we get a stupid half smile with his teeth hidden and they got a real, HAPPY smile. Thrilled to have these pics. Company is very respectable and professional. Personally helped me with a retake photo. Customer service was beyond helpful and thoughtful.
They are so kind and accommodating. When I ordered the wrong background for my son‘s sports Photos, they were happy to give me a new download with the appropriate background that I intended to order.
Update to my Original Review... What started out as wanting zero stars has changed to 4. After I left my review I was I contacted I think that same day by David, the customer experience manager. He apologized for the lack of communication, satisfaction, and treatment from others in the company. He agreed with me the coloring on my sons school pictures were not right and explained the reason, which it was due to an issue with a printing machine. He promised me he would have the pictures re-printed again on a different machine... read more
