The most disorganized and terrible photography company I have ever seen. If I could give 0 stars I would. I needed to wait 2 hours because of their disorganization. It is so incredibly inefficient do not hire them.
Poor editing! Super disappointed with my sons senior photos. They are either off-center or slightly tilted. Train both your “photographers” and photo editors. What an absolute waste of money. And as everyone else mentioned, overpriced. $30 for an 8x10?! Bypass senior photos if Empire is hired by your school and find a professional photographer to take them.
SCAM COMPANY!! if I knew paying $40 for additional time for my sons senior photos to only find out after they want like $65 for 1 photo or $250 (on sale) for the photos I would’ve save my money and took it to a professional to photo him. Their poses are like the 1980s w/ blank plain backgrounds. then have completely ignored my messages for a refund so will be calling my bank. SCHOOLS GO ELSEWHERE THIS COMPANY IS TRASH!!
The school I graduated from contacted thought them and they are charging $50 per photo download for TERRIBLE quality grad photos. They edited the photo of me so I look like I have orange skin.
To the schools inquiring about this company, I hope you read these reviews and select someone more affordable for parents. I will definitely be contacting our school to inquire about using a different company for future graduation photos. Their prices are greedy and prey on parents wanting memories of their child’s special day. What an absolute ripoff for one digital download. And the bulk pricing isn’t much better.
