I switched services a few months ago and absolutely am so glad about my decision. The Customer Service is outstanding James the owner goes up and beyond for his clients. I’m kept apprised on their next visit prior to their arrival. I get a reminder which I love, makes it easier to reschedule if I have to. I recently had a representative from empire pest control do my biannual pest treatment. The fact that he was very professional and did a great job at my home is just the norm every treatment. What touched me the most was I had knee replacement surgery the day before the service and I was home alone. When he completed the service he came back into my home and asked me if there was anything he could get for me before he left my home. I found a large number of fire ants invading my bathroom and kitchen. It was late at night. I am severely afraid of bugs but I sprayed with store bought insecticide to keep them at bay.
