As a plus size woman it can be a bit intimidating to request PT and start being active. I worked mostly with Milad, though both trainers are kind and good. Both trainers listened and were good at gaging when to push me or when to change certain exercises to off-set my horrible balance and clumsyness. Milad was so nice, never mentioned my weight as a factor of injury, which I've had orthos and PT people in the past do. Everyone in the office just wants you to get strong and stable. This place is great. I went there unable to throw a ball with so much pain, within weeks I was able to throw again and very little pain after. Jeff had a great plan to fix my issue. Ana is awesome, always so helpful!
Really great experience!! Absolutely loved how friendly everyone is and how comfortable the environment was. They push you to your best abilities and make sure that you improve as best as you can, no matter how long it takes. I definitely recommend going there.
Empire PT is an outstanding place to rehab an injury. They have a knowledgeable staff that is willing to be creative and push you toward your goals. Milad is an excellent therapist who will ask questions and listen to your concerns. I appreciate the personal care and plan that I was given every time I was there.
Our 3 month old son just completed six weeks of physical therapy with Jeff, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Jeff was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was kind, patient, and incredibly caring. Treating a newborn isn't easy, but he made every session comfortable and effective, and I always felt our son was in great hands.
