We entered into a contract with Empire Pavers in Aug 2022 for a complete outdoor backyard project. Despite paying all upfront payments based on the contract, the big project components are still not completed. The primary issue is with Bruno Freitas, the owner of Empire Pavers, who has been unresponsive for a few weeks, ignoring calls/texts/WhatsApp messages/emails. We had an awesome experience working with Empire Pavers to put in a new driveway, walkway, and retaining wall at our property. Wanderson was our first point of contact and helped us decide which pavers to use, design, and came back with creative solutions to fit our budget. He was fantastic. We then had the pleasure of working with Moses (Moe) who brought the whole project to life. We couldn't be happier and are looking forward to phase two!
