Had a great experience with one of the sales reps. Then things went bad. Have been told several different things by representatives of this company. Was called by the owner, he is quite the guy to deal with. His remedy for the situation was basically for us to find a new company---after we have already spent wasted time with them and sent them $1000.00. Because time is money, we are doing business with them, but my recommendation is to steer clear!
