Although I've heard great things about Dr. Donaldson, their appointment scheduling is crap... and while reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only one to have this issue. My mom said Donaldson is a great doctor, but that she is constantly waiting there for hours after her appointment time, or they constantly reschedule. I figured it wasn't that bad, so I set up an initial appointment for myself for the soonest they had available (a month and a half away).
