Very 1st day of picking up my mother. VeRY, VERY pleased. The vans were new, the driver was on point with the seniors. Now that's how I like for the elders to be taken care of. TnT had the contract with my mom's center and they were NASTY awful, late, sometimes they never showed up AND they had an attitude when you called the office. Oh well, they are in the past and welcome EMPIRE. I will have my eyes on you taken very good care of my seniors God Bless!!!
I had called UHC Transportation for a ride a PC doctor appointment 7 days in advance. On the day and at the time of pick up a Asia Tucker who was driving a black Dodge Ram transport van decided not to come through the gate at my apartment complex due to a line of 3 cars. Even the manager of the apartment complex went out to ensure she could get in the gates, at my request. Per the apartment manager...She did a u-turn and ended the pickup.
