Urbane on expressway is better. Went and no one was there and got a sloppy nail job. French tip crooked, none of these nails are filed straight or put on straight. Very disappointed when I’ve been there so many times in my past. How do you do a sloppy job on a French tip

DON'T GO HERE!!! Went to this place for about 5yrs, then switched because of the atmosphere. Decided to give them another chance...BIG MISTAKE!!!! Pedi looks like 5yr old did it & nail job was so bad my granddaughter thought a student did it. Not to mention BOTH techs repeatedly pinched skin! This place is a NIGHTMARE, now wonder their clientele is DOWN. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Nail service was incredible. I would’ve loved to have been told the price of my nails before checking out but I dismissed that. When I got to the counter to pay (my total was right under $100), I was then starred down and pressured to tip. As if I wasn’t paying $100 already!! For that exact reason I won’t be returning.
