I bought my wife a gift certificate for a mani/pedi for Christmas right before covid. We were unable to go due to covid and lockdowns and the owner wouldn’t honor my gift certificate because it “expired”. Will never go here again unless they make it right. Too bad because our family lives in Bath, will refer them to Brunswick from now on.

I won’t be going back next summer. 46.13 for a simple fill. Outrageous!! She did a nice job but way too much. I pay much much less for the same thing at home. Disappointing 😞ask for change for a tip and never gives me what I ask for

I was hopeful going to this place after seeing pictures and reading reviews. Maybe they were having a busy day but I did not have the greatest experience. I waited over 30 minutes in the chair until anyone touched my nails. She cut my nails shorter than what I asked for, I wanted them still long to have a almond shape. I ended up getting a color I didn't want or like because she wouldn't listen to what I wanted. Also, after waiting so long I was in a rush to go to work.
