Absolutely not — rushed, painful, and overpriced I came to this salon to get my gel pedicure and gel acrylic nails removed, thinking it’d be convenient since it’s right next to my house- turned out to be one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, I told them—multiple times—that I just wanted the gel removed and a clear coat. No color. While getting a pedicure Rose did my finger nail dip. Rose took the time to listen to my concerns about one of my fingers that was having tenderness. Rose took her time and didn’t rush, really appreciate that as most techs can be in a rush and you end up with nicks in your cuticles. Rose was gentle to my fingers while using the Dremel tool, I look forward to scheduling with her again. My favorite nail salon, always warm and inviting, very clean and vibrant atmosphere.
Never returning! Last two times waited 30+ for an appt and they sit you down like you’re next but then end up waiting until water cold. I had to finish my own petite when I got home because they rush their staff so much they didn’t even cut my nails or clean under! $45 for a pedicure (oh and $3+ per service for tariffs) and it was a horrible job.
I love empire nail spa!! I absolutely adore my nail tech Hailey, as she’s always so spot on with my nails! Recently I went in to get my nails done & she got it down to the details! She’s super efficient and delicate with my nails & always provides top notch service! I included a photo of my nails that I just got done from Hailey last week! Thank you Hailey!
My nail artist Hailey does an amazing job with acrylic nail art and always puts in effort to make sure it looks just like my inspiration. I got these nails for my disneyland trip and they are stunning! I have gotten so many compliments on them & they look exactly as I imagined. Thank you to Hailey and her hard work!
