A great community of fitness minded people. Highly recommended.
This place is basically a community of people who are willing to help you out with your lifts and teach you the right way to do things. The training I receive and help I get have really done wonders for me. Great staff, and great members.
Andrew and the gang here (Phil, will, Steve, norm and others) are all certified G’s. They are generous with their knowledge and time and have fostered an inclusive environment for those who want to be the best versions of themselves. Check your ego at the door, and you will find a rewarding home here.
Great gym for power lifters, There's also power lifting coaching if you need it. There's a boxing gym in there and they offer classes. The Owner is a great guy and offers you the membership at a low price.
