I had a great experience with the movers, the office staff and the sales contact. Javier and Emilio arrived and finished the packing and wrapped up my furniture. packed the truck with precision and care. They were friendly, courteous and professional. The movers respected my hallways. They wrapped the corners before moving out large items like my wardrobe. No scratches at all. Fragile boxes were stacked separately too. It stood out to me because my last move left marks everywhere. This time everything looked perfect.
Empire Movers moved our creative agency, and Vlad and Mike were incredible. They respected our space, labeled everything, and made sure the right boxes went to the right desks. For office moving in NYC, these guys are on another level. They worked well with our building’s security and were mindful of time restrictions. Their professionalism helped ease everyone’s anxiety.
