I had a great experience with the movers, the office staff and the sales contact. Javier and Emilio arrived and finished the packing and wrapped up my furniture. packed the truck with precision and care. They were friendly, courteous and professional. This moving company was great! They packed all of my belongings carefully and everything arrived with no damage at all. Excellent customer service and a great price. I would definitely recommend them.
Empire sent two workers and a box truck to move my wife and I from Queens to our new home in Long Island. They were professional, communicative, considerate, prompt, polite, and extremely hard working. I would highly recommend this service. These gentleman worked extremely hard and dillegently to make sure we were moved and settled.
