Finding honest mechanics who take accountability is rare. I came to Empire after motorsports tried to charge me almost $1,600, claiming I needed a new hub, chain, sprockets, and more. I knew that wasn’t right. At Empire, Leanna was super patient and helpful. They checked everything and found my hub, chain, and sprockets were fine. My UTV was sent to Empire for warranty service, and I added on a bit. Liana at Empire was very communicative about the repairs, the estimate was detailed and very reasonable. TJ actually picked up and delivered the unit to my farm. Empire turned everything around in record time - that machine is in daily use here, so you imagine how pleased I was, getting such great service. Highly, highly recommend.
Amazing experience everytime been coming here for 6 years tj the owner always does great you really get what you pay for here customer service will just light up you're day and mechanics and really mechanically inclined and know exactly what there doing and it shows time after time love this place really advise you to take anything that has a moter here man
