I had a great experience at Empire Motorsports in Glendale! I was referred to this repair shop by Al from RepairPal. My check engine light came on and a diagnostic test I ran showed a cylinder misfire. I brought my Jeep in and Jack was the mechanic who helped me. He was awesome— super knowledgeable, honest, and very efficient. Jack ran his own diagnostic, took the time to test drive the car, and determined it wasn’t actually misfiring— just a faulty code. Came here because I wanted to get new brakes. Jacob took a look and told me he thinks I didn’t need new ones just yet. He then proceeded to further inspect my brakes and told me my back brakes are still very good, and recommends that I Inspect my front brakes on my next oil change. But he did offer to change my front ones if I wanted but I didn’t have to. I appreciate his honest feedback and they didn’t seem too pushy to get work done that I didn’t even need.
