Really nice little place, very clean, near the beach, good price and the best service! Estelle was a lovely host and I highly recommend this motel.
My husband and I stayed here for 5 months. Estelle the owner and her staff made us feel like family. Everything was so clean and tidy. Our room was cozy.
Amazing Value for a stress free and CLEAN stay! Recently upgraded rooms and bathrooms. Stayed in a queen room and the bed was very comfortable. Best water pressure of all motels we have stayed at in Penticton (and we have stayed at quite a few!) Very friendly owner and was always asking if everything was okay - family run business - go and support! We will definitely be back!
Excellent service and stress-free stay!! I had a great experience at the Empire Motel, particularly with their customer service. Due to a mistake on a third-party booking site, I accidentally reserved the wrong date with a non-refundable policy. While the booking site was difficult to navigate, the motel staff handled everything directly.
