Everyone I dealt with at Empire Mortgage was incredibly helpful. Eric is the best; it was my first home buying experience and he demystified the whole process. He kept me informed on documents I would need, paperwork that was going to be sent, any changes to interest rates that were going to affect me, and was available for any questions or concerns I had. Eric and his team were very helpful and I felt confident throughout the whole process that they were looking out for my best interests.
Very professional staff. They offer a wide range of loans and have great customer relations. Empire offers education and explains the loan process to their clients.
Like most folks, my wife and I were looking to lower our monthly expenses. One big step toward that goal was to look at our mortgages. The interest rate on our second mortgage was about twice of what the current rates were so we decided it was time to consolidate our first and second mortgage.
