Juan at the front desk is always on his personal cellphone with a terrible attitude & never follows up on appointments or calls. Very unprofessional and lazy. If you are looking for real help do yourself a favor and find another doctor. This office had me wasting time trying to get a procedure approved that wouldn't even help me. Honestly I'm not sure how the physician's assistant here is qualified to help anyone. He lies a lot, blames the front desk when he isn't prepared and has no answers for actual questions.
Great experience! Dr.John is a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable. I got treated there after an accident he took great care of me.
Staff are very respectful, caring and professional. The facility is clean and well cared. Specially, after I received treatment with Dr. John Akhnoukh, I am very satisfied with the ongoing treatment. It allowed me to better understand the treatment options for my health condition. I can discuss to choose the right options. The place is a bit inconvenient for someone who doesn't live in Long Island. Though you can take LIRR and public transportation.
