Look carefully at the reviews. All are the lowest available stars (one) save for "a local guide" with out any written review. Empire memorials failed to deliver and install the granite memorial base listed on my parents invoice. They did not answer his many inquiries about this. Look elsewhere!

My best friend past last year and her headstone was ordered last year. They said it would be put up by memorial day and it wasn't. Fourth of July still nothing. You can never get ahold of them. When finally talking to them they promised it would be done the next day and they would take pictures. We've been checking every day and still no headstone.

Not impressed. My stepmother bought a headstone for herself and my father back in 2007. My dad died in 2014 and my stepmom died in May of this year (2018). I called shortly after she died to have them carve the death dates on the stone and they still haven't done it. It's been SIX MONTHS since I asked them to carve the dates. Actually, they are only carving the years - so, they have to carve a grand total of 8 characters and can't manage to do that in six months. They were very nice the first two times I was in contact with them. I purchased a footstone in July and was told I would receive a sketch of it via email after 6 weeks. Simply after I would approve this sketch the footstone would be put in. I never recieved a sketch after 6 weeks, so i reached out to them by stopping by their office and they said they would check into it and i would have something for sure within a week. Horrible service!!! We ordered a headstone a year ago and it's still not out!! Horrible communication and service. Should have known better when the person we made the first appointment with didn't show up, and we sat there waiting for an hour. After calling and leaving a message, someone finally showed up. I do not recommend, they only made the process if loosing a loved one a million times harder...
