I called to make a simple inquiry and the first thing I heard was "Oh god what now". The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and blatantly should not be in the practice of working reception with that attitude. I understand now why this clinic has such a terrible rating if their hiring practices are this horrendous. I do not recommend anyone to call them, let alone trust their medical care to people that harbour blatant animosity and cannot muster even the most basic professionalism.

I'd probably give this place a zero if I could. Calling Dr. Tan's number just gives you a dial-up tone for about 30 seconds before automatically ending the call. The receptionist seems to be unwilling to do their job and should honestly be fired. I called the clinic (after it not going through the first time; something about not being available), and the receptionist straight up refused to take any of my information or set up an appointment. Been calling for 3 weeks with busy signal now today message says office closed for 1 week....
