This office is NOT good for EHE or as a PCP office. We are encountering issues with medication management through this office. Despite repeated requests to send medication to Express Scripts, they are unable to provide the necessary pre-authorization forms. TERRIBLE!! CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE FOR AN APPT. THIRD CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. DO NOT CALL
The front desk staff is the absolute worst. I called and waited on hold for at least 30 mins. Every few mins someone came on the phone and said please hold, after the 4th time I hung up. If I could give a 0 I would. Please hire employees who actually want to work and help your patients. How are we suppose to follow up and get appointments, prescriptions, etc if the staff continuously answer and say “please hold”….do better!

Absolute worst customer service ever. Patients are secondary to service. It is impossible to speak to anyone that will help resolve an issue even over the phone. Forget trying to get in to see your GP for a situation that should come up or happens unexpectedly, that’s at least a 3 week wait before someone is able to see you. Try to work within the systems they have set in place but even that doesn’t work. Patients are merely numbers in a system that doesn’t work.
