I have had a storage locker at Empire for about 3 years and the service that Rick provides is just second to none. He is there for you at any given moment and really does everything in his power to make sure the customer is taken care of. Thanks Rick for everything
Great service! Clean facility! Went on a Saturday to check in on my storage unit and my app stopped working on my phone (my issue). Called for help and they came out right away and fixed my problem. Again, it was my phone causing the trouble, but they were awesome and helped me right away.
We have had one or more units at Empire Lockers for years, and they have always been outstanding. The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well protected. Everything is controlled via your smartphone so it is very easy to access your unit. I will not use another company as long as I live in the Rogue Valley.
