Overlooked small print of "Pick-up Only" - I''m in Michigan, they're in NY. After numerous calls and excuses, they kept my $21.99 and NEVER REFUNDED.. Even BBB did not help. Finally called Empire Liquidators in January to congratulate them on a very well run SCAM.
Stop screwing people. Folks have a problem dont punish them by shutting them off. How childish

Do not buy from them. I returned a defective item they never refunded me and treated me like crap. Terrible company.
Owner fakes being the real owner. Owes me over $300 in store credits from items not being as described. I have bought over 7k of stuff from this place so I would think they would pay me back for what I returned. They also owe me a shed or a part to be able to use the shed which was promised. Time to start making some small claims files and talk to upper dept at eBay for not giving back refunds. Shit company to work for, and a worse company to buy from. They sell broken shit and try to pass it off as good. My advise stay away! They hire convicts for a tax break. Not a place to spend your hard earn money. Be careful cause it's on the ghetto, so you might get robed. The whole warehouse smells like dig shit cause they don't pick up after their dog. To top it off the dude up front is a complete racist.
