A SCAM!! STAY AWAY! I booked their "rolls" limo and the limo that picked us up was a 15 year old Chrysler raggedy looking limo. Roof top was falling apart and way too small for 10 passengers. Worst of ALL it had no A/C!!! Never again!!
If i could give 0 stars I would! Called to verify pricing for a party bus and learned their pricing isn't even close to what they have their vehicles listed as on the website. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude when trying to understand why the pricing is drastically different. Their website shows the same price regardless if you book for 4 hours or 5 which makes no sense. The owner of this place doesn't like if you have questions, they just want you to book blindly. My family made a booking, and within hours of making the booking we got a text that doubled the price of the booking. We told them that’s not the price we reserved and the text response was “sorry that’s the price”. At this point we have no idea if the car and driver will show up or if they’ll honor their advertised price. They took our CC number as part of the online reservation. So far seems like a fraud and we will be reporting them to the BBB.
Pricey
I would not recommend. Booked online for a concert and received a confirmation number, but no email or phone call. I called the next day and was told they did not have anything available and was very short and rude. Good thing VIP limo service was available to get me something on short notice and very polite and helpful. You suck Empire.
