Look, the service absolutely wasn’t cheap, but you get what you paid for. John was incredibly professional and friendly and did a great job explaining his process and many other aspects of my home’s plumbing. I definitely learned a thing or two as a relatively new home owner! The service itself was fast and he was able to determine the location of the link to within a foot or so, which will be super helpful when plumbers come and have to cut into concrete. Thanks!

John of Empire Leak Detection did an assessment of a high moisture reading in my bathroom. I found the whole experience of working with Empire to be professional, efficient and successful in identifying the source of the moisture issue and in offering a clear path towards mitigating the problem. We have a huge yard, with irrigation lines, leach lines, pool water, well water, and city water, some of which we inherited, some we installed, and developed a huge water leak problem. John came and even though he suspected where the problem was, right away, he did a thorough assessment of our 2.5 acre property, and gave a thorough assessment.
