Sell you a product, they know has issues and then fail to stand behind there work. Dont sell me something you have no business selling in North Texas because of the heat. Unless you perfect your product as others in the same line of business to perform under extreme conditions. Do nothing but give you excuses and tell you to read the fine print. Have some integrity and look out for your customers. don't be so busy shoving money in your pockets.
Patrick and his team just completed a job for our home and WOW O WOW does it look great. Things you want in a great contractor. 1; HONEST 2: SHOW UP 3: DO THE WORK RIGHT 4: SHOW UP 5: BE ON TOP OF THINGS when they go wrong 6: Have GREAT CREWS 7: Leave a clean job site and fix things that can go wrong. IF you said yes to these 7 things then CALL THEM ! :)
Great team of people to work with! Empire delivers excellent work and creative solutions on time, at a fair price and with real caring and a personal touch. I've been very happy with the crews and their work for over 10 years including lawn leveling, soil remediation, sod installation, stonework (paths and garden walls), shrub, hedge and flowering plant installations including smart ideas and an understanding of what will grow and thrive depending on my yard's light and shade and our weather region.
They are super nice people and so easy to deal with!
the estimate for services went pretty well, but the actual services was lacking. didnt call me to let me know when the guys didnt show up for work due to rain. took several days to fix the sprinkler system they accidentally busted, leaving my yard a muddy ruin. didnt do a good enough job planting the trees so that 2 out of 8 fell over the next day and instead of putting up stakes themselves, it was suggested to me, the customer, that i should go buy some stakes. suggest being very detailed about exactly what is included in t... read more
