Giving 1 star because zero star isn’t allowed. I got this call from Nissan a couple days ago, saying they were promotion a “special trade in” day for Nissan customers. Well, I scheduled an appointment at 11, we got there a bit earlier this, as soon as we parked the car this guy came straight to us, young man. We go inside and this gentleman called ST had us sitting for a moment, saying he would need some information, just personal information and he won’t need my SSN or anything, I was actually impressed. Nick at Empire was great! He got us in soooooooooooooo much quicker while other dealerships were so far out. They were presented with some challenging recalibrations and were able to complete within a timeline which worked for our customer. Nick provided transparent communication throughout the process. Would recommend to any Nissan customer needing service!!
Rich in the service department was an actual savior. He made every step of the way easy and digestible!
Very professional staff. I shopped around for break pads. and tire replacement in Arvada, CO and this dealership had the best prices in Nov 2024. Would highly recommend. Could do better at providing better discounts for long term customers.
